It all begins with a conversation. Reach out to us through our website, by phone, or email. Share your dream, tell us about your vision, and let us know what’s most important to you.
Step 2: Complimentary Consultation
We’ll schedule a complimentary consultation—by phone, video call, or in person. During this session, we’ll discuss your preferences, guest count, traditions, desired destinations, and the style of events you want.
Step 3: Destination & Resort Recommendations
Based on your vision and needs, our team will recommend the best destinations and resort options. We’ll provide details on venues, group rates, wedding packages, and answer all your questions.

Step 4: Group Quote & Custom Proposal
Receive a custom proposal including group flight options, resort packages, room rates, and a clear breakdown of costs for you and your guests. We’ll review everything together and adjust based on your feedback, making sure you’re comfortable every step of the way.
Step 5: Secure Your Date & Group Booking
Once you choose your dream destination, we’ll secure your preferred wedding date and set up your group booking. You’ll get a personalized booking page or custom wedding website for your guests to RSVP, access event info, and reserve their rooms and flights.
We handle all guest communication: travel instructions, reminders, and answers to common questions—so your guests always know what to expect.
Step 6: Planning & Coordination
We help coordinate all travel arrangements for you and your guests—handling flights, transfers, room lists, and special requests.
We also guide you through the event schedule, connect you to reputable vendors (decor, photography, etc.), and collaborate closely with the resort’s on-site planner to ensure every ceremony, ritual, and celebration is organized according to your traditions and timeline.
Day-of coordination is managed by your resort’s local wedding planner, but we remain available for any travel-related support and questions.
Step 7: Clear Roles & Flexible Options
We believe in full transparency:
- We handle: Travel bookings, group contracts, guest management, event scheduling, and communication with the resort before your arrival.
- The resort/on-site planner handles: On-the-ground, day-of logistics and local vendor coordination.
- You control: Your vision, preferences, and any additional services you wish to add.
We’re flexible—whether you want hands-on involvement or prefer to let us and the resort handle most details, we adapt to your needs.
Step 8: Planning Timeline & Support
From booking to “I do,” we provide a suggested planning timeline and periodic check-ins, so you always know what comes next. We can offer regular update calls or email checklists, and our team is always just a message away.
Step 9: Wedding Week!
As your wedding week arrives, our team ensures all travel logistics are in place and every guest is prepared. The resort’s on-site planner manages the day-of coordination, while we remain available for any travel-related questions or support.
Step 10: Welcome Back!
After your unforgettable celebration, we follow up to welcome you home and ensure you and your guests had an amazing experience. We love hearing your feedback and seeing your wedding photos!
