Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and other Caribbean spots are most popular due to their experience, value, and flexibility for Indian weddings.
Yes! Many top resorts host Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, and fusion weddings often, and have Indian chefs, flexible event spaces, and experienced vendors.
Most resorts allow outside vendors, but there may be fees (“vendor fees”). Some waive fees if your vendor stays at the resort. We’ll clarify for you.

Ceremonies, Customs & Food

Absolutely! Multi-day events (Mehndi, Sangeet, Haldi, wedding, reception) are welcome at many resorts. We’ll find the right venue for your schedule.
Bring your own, or we can help you arrange a local officiant through trusted vendors or the resort.
Yes! Most of our partner resorts offer on-site Indian chefs or work with specialist caterers for all your dietary needs.
Some destinations and resorts have policies on fire, loud music, or fireworks. We’ll clarify all relevant rules up front.

Vendors, Contracts & Payments

Most couples complete the legal registration at home and hold the religious/symbolic ceremony at the destination. We can advise on destination requirements.
Day-of coordination is managed by the local resort wedding planner. We prepare everything in advance and work closely with their team.
Our core planning services—free with group booking—include venue selection, group travel, guest communication, scheduling, vendor referrals, and coordination with the on-site planner.
Typically, you’ll pay a deposit for your date/room block; guests pay individually for travel/accommodation. We provide payment schedules and reminders.

Guest Experience & Special Requests

Yes, but check import rules for your destination. We’ll guide you on best practices for shipping or bringing essentials.
Yes! We coordinate with resorts and vendors to accommodate dietary, mobility, and other special requirements.
We help coordinate cancellations and explain resort policies regarding refunds or credits. Travel insurance is recommended.

Policies, Cancellations & Insurance
